    They should do what they do at Mittagong...if a teller is going to get a parcel from the back room...ask the rest on the cue who else is waiting for a parcel, that way it minimises the cue significantly and gets it flowing well. Such a simple strategy, yet never used.

    The people that work here get such a tough wrap it isn't funny. I've always found their customer service to be professional even when I've seen people approach them so rudely.

    Wow, how stupid is this...address on postal cards is camden valley way yet it's on queen street! 1hour of my life I ain't getting back! Ugh!
