  Today was a heat wave, not in United Cinemas Narellan. The air con was rediculous despite asking the staff to turn it down/off. Waste of money and gutted I was shivering through Star Wars which I have been waiting all week to see.

  I went to this place with my school and they had pretty good popcorn and drinks. The seating was pretty small though.

  Worst cinema in the known universe! Had pre-purchased and already collected my ticket. Arrived 45 mins before movie was scheduled to start, stood in a queue for snacks for 32mins, before abandoning the idea. No reserved seating, so my queue delay meant all the good seats were taken. Lux recliners were nothing like a luxury seat, and I could feel every corner of the frame through the worn upholstery. And I don’t think this cinema had EVER been cleaned. So imagine my surprise when the Manager brushed off my polite feedback as if I was insignificant. Avoid at all costs. Event Mac Square is just down the road.
