  Each day they decided to delay my claim i'm in literally consistent chronic pain. I have sustained back injures from the accident and now they are purposely avoiding me like the plague. IF you are ever with these guys then change IMMANENTLY! This may cost you your life or pain and suffering because they care more about saving there money than paying out any person.

  Want to suffer in agony and get no claim because of one of there customers literally hits you with a truck and GIO customer service refuses to give you a claim?? THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU! You will get to know how much of a consistent bunch of liars they are to get out of any claim!! YAY! Each customer service representative will make out that you have to claim it through your own insurance, then "oh no we will give you the form whats your email address?" then not receiving one, Then calling them again and being hung up 5 times because its close to closing time, then "I will talk to my manger and call you back" receiving no call back. Not to mention when you send it through the post that is registered they flat out deny they have received it even though you have proof.
