    They move the bank, thinking its going to be bigger and better as the area is expanding but they remove the tellers and place machine in. At least they don't have to advertise in there advertisements ,CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    why is it when i phone the branch at Narellan i always got a recorded message saying please leave your name and number and we will get back to you . and you never ever get back which means i have to go to the bank . i did ring the Main number for the commonwealth bank . who said to ring the branch i deal with at Narellan ...have as much chance of them ringing me back as a snowball in hell sorry but i am mad . why can't we talk to a person anymore . it is so frustrating . i have to now get in my car and go and TALK to someone at the bank .

    Ridiculous service, they don't even have enough staff, staff at there wondering around and sitting in office even in busy time staff at service is very rude to everyone.
